Disappointing Experience
The reviewers have had a very poor experience with this company, with issues starting from the moment they arrived to pick up the van. Despite being promised a specific van over the phone, the one they were given was larger and had a faulty door that prevented it from being locked. The reviewer had to spend six hours trying to get the issue resolved, with no resolution to the problem.
Despite the initial issues, the reviewer was still expected to return the van with the faulty door, which was not repaired. During the night, the reviewer was left to deal with the issue of securing the vehicle, which led to further problems. An attempt to park close to a fence to prevent access resulted in minor cosmetic damage to the near side, which the reviewer was subsequently charged 500 to repair.
