Our staff are on hand to help you determine the size of the storage unit you need and assist with any other queries you may have.

Our storage units are constructed of heavy-duty steel, providing maximum security for your belongings. Each unit has an individual lock, to which you have the key, ensuring that your property is always secure. You can access your storage unit at any time during our operating hours, and parking is available on site at no additional cost.

We offer competitive pricing for our storage units, with discounts available for longer-term lettings. Our prices include VAT, and we require a refundable deposit to secure your booking. Our licence agreements are simple and flexible, with a minimum period of hire being one month. You can terminate the agreement by giving two weeks' prior notice.

Security & Insurance

The safety and security of your belongings are of utmost importance to us. Our premises are alarmed and monitored by CCTV, with security lighting in operation during the night. The estate is regularly patrolled by guards, ensuring that your property is always protected.

While we take every precaution to safeguard your belongings, we recommend that you take out insurance to cover replacement or repairs to your property. We do not insure customers' property, but you can arrange cover through Insurastore.com LLP or other specialist brokers. Your own contents insurer may also be able to provide cover while storing with us.

We offer a range of storage units to suit different needs and budgets. Our units are categorized as follows:

• Unit A (Ground Level): Ideal for 3 to 4 bedroom houses, with a floor area of 14m2 and a volume of 34m3. Monthly charge is 204.00, with discounts available for longer-term lettings.

• Unit A (Upper Level): Suitable for 3 to 4 bedroom houses, with a floor area of 14m2 and a volume of 34m3. Monthly charge is 186.00, with discounts available for longer-term lettings.

• Unit A (Restricted Access): Ideal for 3 to 4 bedroom houses, with a floor area of 14m2 and a volume of 34m3. Monthly charge is 162.00, with discounts available for longer-term lettings.

• Unit B (Ground Level): Suitable for 1 to 2 bedroom houses, with a floor area of 7m2 and a volume of 17m3. Monthly charge is 144.00, with discounts available for longer-term lettings.

Location

Our facility is conveniently located on the outskirts of Worthing, with easy access from the main A27 and A259 roads. Our staff are available to assist you from 8am to 6pm during weekdays and from 8.30am to 1pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays, with reduced weekday opening hours from 10am to 2pm between Christmas and New Year.
