Roche Self Storage is a family-run business located in Mid Cornwall, offering low-cost storage solutions for both domestic and business use. Our storage units are securely contained within an industrial unit, monitored by CCTV cameras both internally and externally, and are fully alarmed, including a fire alarm. We provide a range of storage units suitable for small boxes to furnishings from a 5-bedroom house, with varying sizes available to accommodate your needs.

Services Offered

We offer competitive rates for both long-term monthly storage and short-term weekly storage, with no deposit required and no long-term commitment. Our units are accessible from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and out-of-hours access can be arranged by prior agreement. Additionally, we provide details of an online insurance company for your convenience and offer a tow-a-van for hire to help with transporting your goods.

Tow-a-Van Hire

Our tow-a-van is available for hire on a daily, weekend, weekly, or additional days basis. It can transport items up to 1965Kg and has a capacity of 8m3. The internal dimensions are 1.45m x 1.83m x 3.00m, with a tapered front section for additional capacity. The van has a combination ramp and rear doors, making it easy to load and unload your items.

Removal Service

We also offer a removal service in to and out of our storage units. Whether you're moving house or just need help with storage, we can provide a quotation for your specific needs.
